By accessing or using Shadow Integrator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Shadow Integrator is a webhook passthrough engine that intercepts, logs schema structures, and forwards webhook payloads between third-party platforms. The Service includes a topology mapping dashboard, schema drift detection, AI-powered playbook generation, real-time webhook log viewing, team management features, and subscription billing. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account through our Manus OAuth integration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. The Free tier includes limited features as described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
You agree not to use the Service to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; use the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious payloads; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; or exceed the usage limits of your subscription tier through automated or artificial means.
You are solely responsible for the content of webhook payloads that pass through the Service. We forward payloads to the destination URLs you configure without modification. We do not inspect, store, or take responsibility for the content of webhook payloads. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to route webhook data through the Service and to the configured destinations.
The AI Playbook Generator uses your workflow schema structure (key names, node types, platform labels, and connection topology) to generate documentation. The generated playbooks are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed for accuracy before being shared with clients or used for decision-making. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Agency-tier subscribers may invite team members to access the Service under their account. The account owner is responsible for the actions of all team members and for managing their access levels. Team invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted. The account owner may remove team members or revoke pending invitations at any time.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shadow Integrator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your webhook schema data as necessary to provide the Service's features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Integrator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shadow Integrator and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shadow Integrator operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
